about us
Our menu is inspired by the generations of women in our family who have kept our bellies full of delicious food and proudly shared with us their rich cultural heritage. Our kitchen is steeped in traditional slow-cooking methods.
The smoke from our clay tandoori wood ovens, long marinades. freshly ground spices and the constant moods of fermentation are just a few of our daily labor's of love
We cook whole foods with the best ingredients available, all local where possible, sourced from farmers and artisans across the island. We don't believe in shortcuts and make everything in-house with meticulous love and care.
